Egg production and grading
Egg production tracking from collection to the packed box
Register what was collected and packed per grade, give every packing day a batch with its best-before date, and see each evening whether the stock you counted matches what the system calculated.
Egg grading and packing per grade
Packers register the packing date and, per grade, the number of boxes and the average box weight. Your grades are set up for your farm — for example S, M, L, XL and Jumbo, with dirty and broken eggs booked as waste. Cartons, trays and labels are used up automatically for every box packed.

Batches with best-before dates
Every production creates a batch numbered by packing date. The best-before date is calculated from your own number of days. When a delivery or an adjustment is registered, the oldest batch is suggested first, and a batch label can be printed from the phone.

Egg traceability you can show
Each delivery line names the batch it came from. So when a customer asks about a box, you can see when it was packed, by whom, what its best-before date was and which other customers received the same batch.
A daily reconciliation
The warehouse day view puts the figures side by side:
- Eggs collected and eggs packed
- Waste % from dirty and broken eggs
- Delivered and adjusted
- Calculated closing stock against the evening count, with the difference
- Average box weight per grade
Frequently asked questions
Can we define our own grades?
Yes. Grades, which of them are waste, eggs per box, best-before days and packaging materials are all set up for your farm.
Do you count eggs per house or for the whole farm?
Either. Many farms record collection as a farm total and production per grade in the warehouse; we set it up the way you work.
What happens to stock when we deliver?
Every delivery line books boxes out of the batch it came from, so the stock per batch and grade stays correct without a separate count.
Can our grader send production figures automatically?
If your grader or packing line can export its figures, we can integrate it instead of manual counts.
