Chickensystem

Farm software integrations to the systems you already have

Your farm probably has a climate computer, scales and an accounting system already. We connect Chickensystem to them, so their figures arrive on their own and nobody types the same number twice.

What we connect to

  • Climate computers

House temperatures, humidity and ventilation, shown next to the manual checks and used by your alert rules.

  • Silo scales and weighbridges

Silo weights and receipts straight from the scale, turned into feed eaten per house and stock in the mill.

  • Egg graders and packing lines

Production per grade from the grader instead of a count on paper.

  • ERP and accounting

Customers, deliveries and stock exchanged with your business systems, so invoicing stays where it is.

  • Your own APIs and files

An in-house system, a nightly export or a spreadsheet from a supplier — we build what is needed.

How an integration is built

1. You tell us the system and the data

For example: the climate computer in houses 1 to 3 should send temperature and humidity every hour.

2. We look at the interface

We check what the system can export or which API it offers, and agree what flows in which direction.

3. We build and test it

Against your own system, with your data, before it is switched on.

4. It runs, and we look after it

Imports run on their own. If the other system changes, we adjust the integration.

Safe by design

  • Imported figures are marked as automatic, next to what your staff registered
  • An import that runs twice never creates duplicates
  • Passwords and keys for your systems are stored encrypted and never shown again

Frequently asked questions

Is an integration included in the subscription?

Integrations are part of the quote, because the work depends on the system. We tell you before we start.

Our equipment has no API. Is it still possible?

Often, yes — many systems can export a file on a schedule, which we can read.

Can data also go out of Chickensystem?

Yes. Deliveries, stock or figures can be sent to your other systems, or exported by hand at any time.

What happens if the other system is down?

Your team keeps registering in Chickensystem as usual, and the import catches up when the system is back.

Which systems do you use today?

List the brands and what you would like to connect, and we will tell you what is possible.
