Who we are
Chickensystem is provided by Sevenweeks International L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). These terms apply to the use of Chickensystem by our customers and their users.
The agreement
Each customer signs a subscription agreement with us that describes the configuration, the monthly fee and any integrations. If the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Use of the service
The customer decides who gets access and is responsible for its users. Users keep their credentials secret and use the service for the customer's business only.
Your data
The data you record belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice and data processing terms. You can export your data at any time.
Fees and payment
The subscription is billed monthly in euro. If an invoice is not paid, we may restrict the service to read-only after a grace period; your data is not deleted.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, and provide support by e-mail. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Ending the subscription
Either party can end the subscription as set out in the agreement. You receive a complete export of your data before it is deleted.
Liability
Chickensystem supports your work but does not replace your own checks and legal record-keeping duties. Our liability is limited as set out in the agreement.
