Inventory, deliveries and pallets
Deliveries, stock and pallet tracking that add up
Every box that leaves the farm, every pallet lent to a customer and every bag of packaging used is booked in one place, so stock and pallet balances are right without a separate count.
Deliveries with delivery notes
The driver or warehouse registers the customer, the boxes per grade and batch, pallets out and pallets returned, and lets the customer sign on the phone. A PDF delivery note is e-mailed to the customer in their language as soon as the delivery syncs. It works in the truck without coverage, too.

EUR pallets per customer
EUR pallets out and back are matched per customer, oldest first. You see how many each customer holds, how long they have had them and the deposit owed. If a loan is older than your limit — for example 14 days — an alert is raised, and it closes itself when the pallets come back.

One stock ledger
Everything in one place
Eggs per batch and grade, raw materials, feed, packaging and pallets: receipts, production, consumption, transfers, deliveries and waste are booked as movements between locations.
Adjustments with approval
A count that does not match is corrected with a reason. Large adjustments by an employee wait for a supervisor to approve them.
Corrections without rewriting history
A wrong delivery is corrected as a new version. The customer gets a delivery note marked as corrected.
Frequently asked questions
Do you create invoices?
No. Chickensystem records what was delivered; invoicing stays in your accounting system, which we can integrate with.
Can the customer sign on the driver’s phone?
Yes. The signature is stored with the delivery and printed on the delivery note.
How is the pallet deposit calculated?
From the pallets a customer still holds and the deposit per pallet you set for your company.
What if the delivery note e-mail fails?
The status is shown on the delivery, and the note can be sent again from the phone or the office.
Can we track other packaging than pallets?
Yes. Cartons, trays, labels and other materials are stock items, used up per box packed or registered by hand.
