Farm management software setup, from first call to go-live
You do not get a login to an empty system. We learn how your farm works, set Chickensystem up to match, and stay with you after your team starts.
Six steps
- 1
Contact
Tell us about your farm: sites, houses, birds or animals, what you produce, how you record it today and what you want to improve.
- 2
Needs analysis
We go through your routines, forms, reports and systems with you, and agree what Chickensystem should cover from the start.
- 3
We configure your system
We set up your departments, forms, checklists, alert limits, languages and integrations, and show you the result before anyone starts.
- 4
Training
Employees learn the phone app in the barn; supervisors and owners learn the dashboard. Short sessions, on your own setup.
- 5
Go live
Your team starts registering. We follow the first days closely and adjust forms or limits that need it.
- 6
Ongoing support
We answer questions, add departments or modules as you grow, and keep the system and integrations running.
What we need from you
- A list of sites, houses and other departments
- The paper forms and spreadsheets you use today — photos are fine
- The figures and reports you look at every week
- Which systems you use and who supplies them
- Who in your team should do what
Frequently asked questions
How long does the setup take?
It depends on the size of the farm and the integrations. We agree a plan after the needs analysis, before anything is configured.
Do you come to the farm?
We agree with you how the needs analysis and training are done, depending on where your farm is and what your team needs.
Can we change the setup after go-live?
Yes. Company admins can change forms, tasks and limits themselves, and we help with bigger changes.
What support do we get?
Support by e-mail, and help with changes as your farm grows.
